Accessibility: Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible due to extensive walking, stairs, and uneven surfaces throughout the Alhambra complex. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your mobility
ID Requirement: Passport details are required during booking, so tickets can be properly issued. Please then bring your original passport or government-issued ID on the day of the tour. Alhambra tickets are issued individually, and the name and ID details on your ticket must match your document or you may be refused entry.
Please Note: Due to recent earthquakes in Granada the Alcazaba area may not be available on your tour.
Bag Policy: Luggage and large bags are not allowed inside the monument, so please leave them at your accommodation
Strollers: Baby strollers are not allowed inside the monument
