Our guide was high-energy, knew everything there was to know and was very fun and funny. All details were handled smoothly/no waiting in lines. Tour Highlights extend far beyond just The Last Supper and Duomo. Wear good walking shoes. A great experience on all levels. Thank you.

Very nice tour. The afternoon tour ended just as the organ music in the church started, amazing ambiance to just listen, sit, and rest. It was overwhelming navigating the Galleria and following the tour guide due to so many people.
Very Informational

Good tour, nice spots visited. The Last Supper was really neat to see and learn about. Our guide could have been a little more entertaining, felt a lot like a lecture. We’ve taken several tours through The Tour Guy and have been pleased with all of this, this was the most educational one by far.
Great way to get an introduction to Milan.

Very interesting tour. Made me want to go back to most of the places we visited and either see the museum or learn more about them.
Excellent!!!

Elisabetta (sp?) was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable, engaging and fun. If you do not have a lot of time to spend sightseeing - this is the best way to get to know the city.

This tour was brilliant! Very well organised and efficient. Entry into all the attractions was quick and seemless - skip the line is the way to go! Our guide was lovely - knowlegable, informative and enthusiastic. A very walkable distance to see The Last Supper painting, Santa Maria church, Sforza castle, La Scala opera house, the Galleria and culminating in the amazing Duomo. Meandering through various areas of Milano - the fashion district, furniture district and residential areas, what a lovely way to spend 4 hours! We would highly recommend this tour with The Tour Guy. 5 stars.

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. The information provided was awesome and our guide was energized. We give this tour 5/5 stars. Please do NOT take their Idyllic Lake Como Day Trip with Boat Tour tho! This was the worst tour we have ever taken! Our guide, Elizabeth, was late showing up to the train station in Cadorna putting us in a panic as the whether we were in the right place or if there was going to be a tour. She showed up 22 minutes late and made no apology. We were not provided with any type of earpiece which we have been provided with on every other The Tour Guy tours that we have taken. This was a huge problem, as we were barely able to hear anything that Elizabeth was saying on the train ride between train noise and other people having private conversations who were not in our tour group. When we arrived at Lake Como, we all anticipated that we would immediately board a boat. That did not happen. One of the issues we had was that Elizabeth did not tell us our agenda so we really didn't have much clue as to what was going on. We first went on a walking tour of Como. Very little information of significance was provided by our guide. Of the eight people on our tour, only two managed to stay with Elizabeth for the entire walking tour. That should give you a pretty good indication as to how lacking the tour was due to Elizabeth's lack of energy and failure to provide meaningful information. After lunch (which is at your own expense), you meet up to go on the boat ride. What we thought was going to be a private one hour boat tour instead was a 21 minute ferryboat ride with 100 other people! We congregated at the stern of the boat where Elizabeth gave her spiel, but due to the engine noise we could not hear anything so it was basically pointless. When the boat docked in Torno we didn't know we were supposed to get off until the last second. Again, this was because Elizabeth did not provide any type of agenda. In Torno, the only thing she pointed out was a church that was built in the 1500s that she said looked better on the outside than it did on the inside. After an hour in Torno, you take the 21 minute ferry boat ride back to Como and that is the end of the tour. You are given tickets to ride back on the train yourself. Elizabeth did not return with us, as she lives in Como. Bottom line is this...get a round trip train ticket from Cadorna to Como for @ E15.50 and take the ferry roundtrip for E5 and save yourself a ton of money! Having a guide was absolutely pointless.

We took the 1/2 day Last Supper & Duomo tour on 07Oct and could not have been more pleased w/the experience. Our guide Jose was knowledgable, professional & had a nice sense of humor that particularly worked nicely on somewhat long walk between venues. Jose is a gifted story teller so sharing of history didn't feel like a lecture but rather a friend who was offering historical insights. He was also particularly adept at navigating us through some pretty crowded areas and making sure that we got access into private areas that were closing down due to the late hour. We were a reasonably large group (29/L.Supper) that dwindled dwn to 18 for the balance of tour. Throughout it all, Jose kept us organized & pulled in the stragglers when necessary. On balance, it was a terrific tour and we would highly recommend the Tour Guy and Jose, in particular.

Our tour guide was very informative and we got to see so much of Milan in a very short period of time. Of course, the painting of The Last Supper was a highlight. I really loved that we could book the tour and not have to worry about ordering the tickets ourselves. Milan Duomo was the other highlight. Not included in the tour is the rooftop but so worth going up there (order tickets ahead of time). We did the rooftop at 10 am, had lunch and then this tour at 1:45. Great timing to get it all in.
