Great half day Boat Tour with Guide

Nicole was an amazing tour guide, with a wealth of knowledge. As a Venetian, she shared the historical perspective of Venice and the islands with a passion that we appreciated as we aspired to learn as much as possible from the tour. We recommend this tour, for sure, and hope you get lucky, like us, to have Nicole as the guide.

We had a lovely morning with out your guide Serena. She was a great communicator and gave the right amount of information on this tour . The Murano Island - was good to see how skilful the masters with glass blowing (vase) and the colourful island of Burano with quick demo of lace making and viewing of the lace museum upstairs ! We had just the right amount of time to enjoy Burano Island before a ride back on a private water taxi. If you are after an easy going tour that the Tour guys take charge in transportation and a good tour guide ! This is a tour for you ..

My only criticism was that there wasn’t enough time to spend exploring at the islands … Burano is absolutely stunning wish we had more time … otherwise 10/10 would recommend

Great way to spend half the day

We had a great time on our tour. It was my family of 4 plus another family of 4 - which made for a nice, small group. Francesca, our tour guide was great! She shared so much knowledge about Venice, Murano and Burano. We even had boat trouble at one point and had to switch boats. Francesca was totally in control of the situation and made sure our tour when on without a hitch. She really made the tour fantastic.

Worth it

This was a good half day tour to see two other islands of Venice. Well organized. Everything went as planned. Burano was absolutely beautiful. Just wish we had alittle more free time to explore. . Highly recommend. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave good historical information,

Not bad, but not great.

Our tour guide, Claudia, was great. She taught us a lot about Venice and the surrounding islands. However, the stop in Murano was kind of waste of time. We watched a glass blowing demo for about 7 minutes and spent the rest of the time shopping in their gallery. We loved Burano. We had some time to walk around, eat, and take in the sights, but it was rushed because we were in Murano for too long. My suggestion is to just take the Vaporetto to Burano so you can stay as long as you want.

Fantasctic!

The tour was fantastic, we've got what we had expected and more! We met our tour guide in time, the meeting point was easy to find due to the very detailed instructions. Our guide, Vania was fantastic, she was very enthusiastic, gave us the right amount of information about the islands, the culture, our way to the islands, and also interesting information about everyday life in Venice, which made this experience more invaluable. She answered our questions thouroughly. I highly recommend this tour, without it we could not discover Murano and Burano in such depth. Thank you!
