A must do tour!!

We did the “Rome In A Day” private tour starting at Vatican City and ending at the Colosseum. Roberta was our guide for the day and we couldn’t have had a better day!!!! She was fantastic and very knowledgeable. But better than that she was very warm and welcoming!! She gave us so much great information and insights about everything!! The line skipping and private transportation between sites was fantastic! We couldn’t have done it without her and our driver, Armando. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone that wants to have the best day seeing all the sites of Rome!!! Great memories were made today and it was because of Roberta and The Tour Guy!!

Fantastic Day in Rome

We were a group of 8 with one individual with mobility issues and our guide, Manuela S. was phenomenal. She kept us on time and was very patient with the crowds. We covered a lot of ground in 7 hours. Manuela was a wealth of knowledge and her passion was clear. If you book this private tour and can make a request for a tour guide, Manuela should be on your list!

Our family had an amazing day on the private tour led by Manuela! She was a fountain of information, deftly maneuvered us in and out of each sight, chose a terrific restaurant for lunch, and always had the perfect recommendation for a family photo. And thanks to a terrific van driver who expertly navigated the streets of central Rome, our family of 5 easily saw Rome in a Day without being completely exhausted by the end. Absolutely worth every penny!

Amazing Tour of Rome!

Our private tour of the Vatican and Colosseum with Manuela S was amazing! She did an amazing job at preparing us in advance of what to expect and look for to make sure we got the most out of our tour. She took the time to explain not just the sites, but the Roman culture and Roman people as well. Where do I begin... We had an extraordinary time with Manuella. She let us take the tour on our own pace. Her knowledge of the city is beyond the expertise level. Our day was filled with memorable experiences. She was very considerate of my physical abilities to navigate stairs and was able to get access to some much needed elevators. Of all the guides and tours we had during our stay in Italy she is the only one that we remember well and we still talk about her today. We also want to appreciate the RomanGuy company for the bookings. We will definitely use your company again for our future needs. You guys ROCK !!!

This was our first trip to Rome and we wanted to experience the major highlights in a stress free manner. Our private one day in Rome fit the bill. Raffa was an excellent guide. Her knowledge of art and history was extensive. Her love for the city made the tour both engaging and enjoyable. The tour was well- organized and having a driver transport us between the stops was a big plus on a hot day. The amount of information was somewhat overwhelming and we wish we had prepared by learning more about the various highlights before the tour.

What an amazing day! Manuela was warm, knowledgeable, funny and gave us a fantastic experience. Her knowledge and love of Rome was evident from the minute we met and we are so thankful she was willing to share her beautiful city with us. Colosseum and Vatican Museum Private Tour

Manuella was the absolute BEST. We've done several of these private tours and never had such a great time with with a guide. She was AWESOME. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable on every place we went to but we laughed with her the entire day. I'm pretty sure we'll never have another guide quite like her. The entire process was seamless and we'd do it all over again. It's a lot to see in one day (a month would be better) but worth every penny.
