From a convenient location in the historical center of Seville, your memorable day out kicks off with a scenic transfer through Andalusia’s rolling hills and white-washed villages to Granada. Upon your midday arrival, head straight to the iconic Alhambra for a four-hour guided tour through its intricate palaces, finely maintained gardens, and storied fortress.
Afterward, follow your guide to the Albaicín Alto district, where you'll be awe-struck by incredible views of the Alhambra and Generalife gardens, backed by the rugged Sierra Nevada mountains. From here, enjoy free time to explore as you please, perhaps popping into a tapas bar or roaming between fascinating boutique shops, before returning to the coach for a return journey to Seville.
For security reasons, Alhambra tickets are nominative, meaning they must include your full name and either your ID or passport number. It is essential that you provide this information as soon as possible after your reservations is made so we can proceed with the ticket purchase. Otherwise, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that the tickets will be secured in time, especially during high season.

Travel Seville to Granada
Your adventure begins in the morning, at a central location in Seville Here, you’ll board a comfortable coach and settle in for a scenic ride through Andalusia’s picturesque countryside. The journey takes approximately three hours, and along the way, you’ll be treated to superb views of rolling hills, vineyards, ancient fortresses, and once you’re close to Granada, the rugged mountains of the Sierra Nevada.
Guided Alhambra Tour
Upon reaching Granada, around midday, you'll head straight to the majestic Alhambra Palace for a four-hour tour. This magnificent UNESCO-listed fortress whose first historical records date to the 9th century, featuring Moorish art and architecture, houses the intricate Nasrid Palaces and lush Generalife gardens. With your guide leading the way, you'll uncover hints of the Nasrid dynasty, explore opulent halls and serene courtyards, and pause by idyllic water features.
Over centuries, the Alhambra has survived numerous changes of fortune, serving as a court to the Nasrid sultans as Muhammad XII of Granada in the 15th century, a fortress for the Reconquista, and later, a royal residence for Ferdinand and Isabella Catholic Monarchs of Spain

Visit Albaicín Alto
After wrapping up your tour of the Alhambra, you’ll make your way to the historic Albaicín Alto for a scenic stroll. Also known as the Muslim Quarter, this district features narrow, winding streets, and traditional houses, and best of all, offers stunning vistas of the Alhambra and the Generalife against the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada mountains. The finest spot to enjoy these views is from the Mirador de San Nicolás, and thanks to your expert guide’s lead, you’ll effortlessly make your way here to soak up your beautiful surroundings. This is just one of many other miradores (viewpoints) waiting to be found as you wander through this emblematic part of the city!
Free Time in Granada & Return to Seville
With the guided portion of your tour wrapped up, you'll have free time to explore Granada at your own pace. If your stomach is rumbling, be sure to head to one of the lively bars to experience the city’s renowned tapas culture. Just order a wine or beer, and you’ll be treated to a surprise tapa alongside it! Alternatively, or afterward, stroll through the bustling streets, shop for unique souvenirs, and find a lovely spot to sit and savor the friendly buzz of the city. Given the city's ties to the flamenco dance, you’ll no doubt stumble across a street performance or two.
However, keep your eye on your watch, as at a pre-designated time, you’ll meet back up with your group for a return journey to Seville. Expect to arrive back in the evening, filled to the brim with grand memories of your day out!
