You will meet your captain at Forio, near the bar "La Lucciola". Make sure to arrive by 9:30 AM to check in and start your adventure on time. You can find the location on Google Maps.

What to bring?

Bring a hat for sun protection, a towel, biodegradable sunscreen, flip-flops or comfortable sandals, and beachwear for swimming and snorkeling.

Who should avoid this tour?

This tour is not suitable for children under 2 years, people with back or heart problems, respiratory issues, vertigo, seasickness, high blood pressure, wheelchair users unless folding, or people over 95 years old. Those who are afraid of heights may also find some sections challenging.
