Your tour begins at Höhematte Park in Interlaken
Meet your pilot team opposite Hotel Jungfrau Victoria at the Höhematte landing field. Spot the blue T-shirts and black jackets, check in, and feel the anticipation build as you climb into the transfer van bound for the mountains.
Ride up to Beatenberg above Lake Thun
Next, wind up above the valley as Interlaken shrinks below and the Jungfrau skyline sharpens in the distance. Your pilot talks you through the plan and explains how the air behaves on the ridge.
Walk to the takeoff slope
Then, stroll for about 8 minutes toward the launch area with wide-open views unfolding at every turn. Breathe in the crisp air, watch the lakes flash between trees, and get strapped into your harness as the takeoff point comes into sight.
Rehearse the takeoff and landing steps
Before you fly, your SHV-certified pilot rehearses the brief run you’ll do at launch and the easy cues to follow in the air. The instructions stay simple and steady, so nerves settle and excitement takes over.
Soar over the Jungfrau Region toward Interlaken
Soon, you surge into the wind and lift cleanly off the slope, trading footsteps for silence. Drift above emerald meadows and rooftops with the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau towering ahead, while your tandem pilot steers and you savor the glide.
Your tour ends at Höhematte Park in Interlaken
Finally, float down and touch down smoothly back at the central landing field in Interlaken. Your pilot shows you the optional photo and HD video package, and you can choose to have the files transferred straight to your phone.

Good to know:
Accessibility: Unfortunately, this experience is not wheelchair accessible. Participants must be able to run briefly during takeoff, and the launch area is reached on foot. If you have concerns, please contact us in advance.
Weather advisory: Flights run daily depending on weather conditions, and the activity may be canceled or rescheduled for safety reasons.
Restrictions: Weight limits apply for safety reasons, and this activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with mobility or back issues. Weight limit is 90 kg (198 lbs). Children must be at least 5 years old and need to have a declaration of consent from their parents. The minimum weight is 25kg (55 lbs).
Photo and video: An optional photo and HD video package is available after the flight for an additional charge on site
Check-in: Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can depart on time.
