Itinerary

Gather at Café Mar y Sol

Meet your guide at the port of Ibiza. Start with a quick introduction to the harbor's history before heading uphill toward the ancient city gates.

Explore the Dalt Vila fortress walls

Step through the massive stone entrance and begin your climb through Dalt Vila. Your guide will point out the architectural fingerprints left behind by Phoenicians and medieval builders while you overlook the sea.

Follow your guide to secret back streets & scenic summits

Navigate the maze of white-washed back alleys of Dalt Vila that most tourists miss. Reach the highest points of the fortifications with your guide for a bird's-eye view of the island before heading back down toward the water.

Join a sangria workshop

Now that you’ve worked up a thirst, it’s time to get behind the bar. Learn the specific ratios and secret ingredients that make Ibiza's cava sangria famous as you mix your own pitcher.

The tour finishes with a tapas tasting

Put the finishing touches on your sangria and sit down to relax. You’ll enjoy your handmade drink paired with a variety of traditional local tapas to round out your morning.
