Itinerary
Your tour begins at Café Mar y Sol
Meet your guide at this popular harbor-side café. After a quick hello and a look at the map, you will start walking toward the Dalt Vila district as the evening air cools down.
Walk through the Portal de ses Taules
Head inside the city through its main drawbridge gate. This is the entrance to the massive stone fortress built centuries ago to keep pirates and invaders away from the island.
Stroll the Dalt Vila backstreets
Follow your guide through the winding, uphill lanes of the old town. You will see traditional white houses and quiet squares that feel a world away from the busy beach clubs.
Catch the sunset at the Cathedral
Walk up to the highest point in the city to see the historic cathedral just as the sun begins to set. You will have plenty of time to take photos of the harbor and look out over the water toward Formentera.
Explore the La Marina neighborhood
Head back down toward the water to walk through the old fisherman’s quarter. This area is full of life at night, with local shops and restaurants lining the narrow streets near the docks.
Your tour finishes at Café Mar y Sol
Head back to the waterfront terrace where the tour started. You will wrap up the walk with a glass of sangria and some tips from your guide on where to eat dinner.
