Overall the tour was good, Gaia the tour guide was excellent so much knowledge and passion for the area. Was a little disappointed in Murano as they took you to one glass place for a very short demonstration then brought you to their store to shop and everything was beautiful, however very expensive, did not have enough time to explore the island. Burano was beautiful.

Flavia turned a well-organized tour of Murano and Burano into a truly memorable experience. Her warm, friendly attitude, insightful commentary, and deep knowledge of the islands added layers of meaning to everything we saw. What could have been just a sightseeing trip became a day full of discovery, thanks to her professionalism and passion

Our 4 hr group tour of Murano and Burano was well organized and had a very friendly, professional guide named Serena. The glass making demo in Murano was especially good. The time in Burano was just long enough for a spritz and some Frito misto and a quick look at the colorful houses. I would recommend another 45 mins on each island for time to look around/ shop/ eat without the guide. Make it a 5.5 hr tour and charge $20 more.

This tour was just okay. We spent more time on the boat than on the islands. While our four guide did speak English, she was somewhat hard to understand and you had to listen very carefully to catch everything she said. We rode the boat 30 minutes to Murano to see a 10 minute glass blowing demonstration, then had 50 minutes to spend in the gift shop or walk around a small square with very little to see. Then rode the boat another 30 minutes to Burano to see a woman sewing a small square of lace, and again spent another 60 minutes walking around a small street in Burano. Then 45 minutes by boat back to St. Marks Square.
