This experience really exceeded my expectations and felt like a good value for the money since there were quite a few traditional Sicilian dishes and a lot of great seafood. I also felt like they were very helpful showing us the techniques, and it was enjoyable getting to try some more challenging dishes. I think my one note was that the market portion felt potentially a little disorganized -- we learned about the overall things to look for (and avoid) when shopping for fish, cheese, produce, etc, but maybe they can specifically point out which ingredients they'd use for the dishes they made that day? For example, I felt like it was a little time-consuming going through the different tomato varieties when maybe we could do some of that in the downtime at the restaurant while the food was cooking
