First the meeting point was very crowded. has like 30 + local tour guides manage their groups. I was not provided with the local tour guy name. I had to ask around to finally locate my guy. By the time our party joined the group, it was already 11, which the tour was about to start. We booked the tour with 3 attractions. When the tour guide finished the cathedral and the tower, we were told the Arlcaza palace would start 3 hours late, at 3pm. This didn't list anywhere on the website, as well as on the voucher! We had to skip the palace and heading to Ronda. Very disappointed 😞
