3-Hour Scenic Golf Cart Tour of Rome in a Small Group

SUCH a great way to see the main sights of Rome!

We love getting our steps in on visits to Rome, but knew my mom wouldn't be able to handle a 20k-step day on a recent visit. This tour was a great way to show off the best of the city while still conserving her energy for important things like gelato! Our guide was fun and informative, answering questions along the way about what we could see out of our golf cart. He took us to some of the best viewpoints in the city, no hill climbing necessary! I'd highly recommend this one if you're short on time or want a more accessible tour of the city.

Eugenio was the BEST!

We had such a great experience seeing Rome from a golf cart. We didn’t have to fight the crowds, but just stop and get off to see the sites. Eugenio customized our experience for us. As a high school history teacher, he was able to break down some knowledge for my 11-year-old so that the experience came to life for him. He was an amazing guide and made the trip worth it. This tour was amazing!

Eugenio was our tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the history. He knew everything and was able to answer every question. He grew up in Rome and was not just reciting a script. He has a degree in history and is a teacher. He also has some mad driving skills. He made sure that our three hours was action packed and we saw every corner of the city. He tailored the tour to us and was even so kind to plan the tour to end near our Air B&B. Additionally, he told us where to eat and where to shop. Eugenio was like a concierge. More importantly, he made the history of Rome come alive and presented it in a logical timeline and a way that a layman could understand. It gave us such a great overview and we were able to stop and get out at key points that needed to be further explored. Money well spent, would highly recommend this tour , Once you take the tour you have a good lay of the land and a good idea of what you want to go back to and explore further.

I wish I remembered our tour guides name but he was awesome. I came to Italy on crutches with a broken foot and figured I’d miss out on seeing so much. He made sure I didn’t. We saw so much in 3 hours. I can’t recommend this tour enough.

3 hour golf cart tour-Rome

My guide, Albino, is/was a talented and highly educated Roman, with limitless knowledge of Rome, the sites and the history. I have been to Rome a couple of times before and this tour was terrific for both first timers and repeat visitors. It covered the main sites and also many sites that I had not visited before. Albino also took me to vista points as well, for a better orientation of where we had been. I was so lucky to have gotten him as a guide, and to have taken this tour.

Federico was very kind and knowledgeable! We really enjoyed being able to go in areas where buses can’t and really appreciate the history and culture that makes Rome what it is today. We saw the major hot spots but also areas only locals know. The tour at night gave us a different perspective and the city is very beautiful at night. 10/10 highly recommend

Personal and Extensive

We loved our trip in the golf cart and got to see so many locations we had no idea existed. The golf cart allows you to skip the traffic and go down back alleys and closed off areas to cars allowing us to see and experience more. Our driver was excellent and provided lots of insight to the various locations. A must do when in Rome!

Nice tour, needs to completed during the day

The tour guide was nice, even came and picked us up after I had entered the wrong address information in my phone's GPS. He was outstanding however due to a Marathon, the times were changed and we ended our tour in the dark. If this happens to you, just refuse and demand a refund. After all the Marathon wasn't just planned in a day, they knew far in advance it was happening. We would have enjoyed the tour more if we could have seen all the sights.

Our guide and the tour was one of the most enjoyable and memorable experiences of our trip. Our tour guide was so kind and so knowledgeable. He was welcoming. We had a great time. The golf cart was a great way to see the city!

It was great to move about in the very congested traffic...in a small vehichle Guide Eugene was extremely knowledgeable as he is also a history professor. He adjusted the pace to our interests. and was careful to avoid difficult places for us to walk. We loved the places we saw and would recommend this tour.
