Johnathan was absolutely amazing on our day tour to Amalfi and Positano … he kept us entertained on the 3 hour bus ride there and back and gave us some amazing tips and historical background …. 10/10 would recommend

Rob was hands down one of the best tour guides I have ever experienced. His knowledge, gentle nature and animated dialogue were next level. Only wish was a bit more time in Amalfi rather than Positano. Amalfi is amazing and you must do the lemon sorbetto but remember the further you walk the cheaper and better they become so don’t be tempted to stop at first store.

Booked this as our last four and it was amazing! It sure is the best highlight of our vacation - seeing the 2 local coastal towns of Positana and Amalfi. Ferry ride although crowded and hot , Gabe is breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast , the pictures don’t do justice you have to go experience it. We have the best guide- John who we can tell loves Italy and is very knowledgeable and gave us the gold nuggets of information to appreciate the rich history and heritage of Italy.

We took this day trip from Rome and it was awesome. Our guide was Rob..he's an Italian American, who grew up on an American base here. He married a Roman and loves it here. He was extremely knowledgeable and has excellent people skills. The weather was extremely hot but he kept us in the shade as much as possible. The bus ride is 3 hrs each way. They stop halfway for a bathroom and quick bite break. You then hop on a ferry to Positano...takes about an hr. Once there you will get 2 hours of free time. We ate at the Chez Black. The food was something dreams are made of. After that, you will hop on the ferry to Amalfi. You get an hr there to walk around the shops and make sure you get the Amalfi Lemon sorbet. The lemons are 3 times the size of a normal lemon.
It's a long day but will give you a great idea of what the Amalfi is about
