You’ll meet at a professional kitchen in Piazza di Sant'Apollinare in the heart of Rome where your friendly Roman chef will be waiting to greet you. After an introduction to the ingredients and techniques, you’ll begin by learning the secrets of tiramisù as you help make the ultimate Italian sweet treat yourself.
Next, you’ll spin your own pizza, after making the dough from scratch, and customize with your favorite toppings. Once everything is made, sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor with a glass of wine, followed by coffee and that sumptuous tiramisù.

Using delicious local ingredients, you’ll be in charge of everything from making your own dough to choosing those perfect toppings. (You're in Italy so don't look for pineapple!)
