You’ll meet at a professional kitchen in Piazza di Sant'Apollinare in the heart of Rome where your friendly Roman chef will be waiting to greet you. After an introduction to the ingredients and techniques, you’ll begin by learning the secrets of gelato as you help make the ultimate Italian sweet treat yourself.
Next, you’ll spin your own pizza, after making the dough from scratch, and customize with your favorite toppings. Once everything is made, sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor with a glass of wine, followed by coffee and that sumptuous gelato.

Your 2.5-hour Rome cooking experience includes:

Create Your Own Custom Pizza
This iconic Italian specialty has been adopted across the world, but there’s nothing quite like an authentic, freshly-made pizza in the Italian capital! Roll up your sleeves to create your very own pizza from scratch with the help of your pizzaiolo chef.
Using delicious local ingredients, you’ll be in charge of everything from making your own dough to choosing those perfect toppings. (You're in Italy so don't look for pineapple!) Learn the art of turning a ball of dough into a perfect pizza. Then, as your pizza gets fired up, take a seat and wait for your delicious meal to arrive—you’ve earned it!
Time to Eat!
Hot from the oven, your customized pizza will be served along with a glass of local wine, and you can enjoy your creation while chatting about your favorite travel experiences with your group.
