We really enjoyed the class and getting to eat our pasta and tiramisu. The organization was a little awkward. We got there at 5:15 for a 5:30 class and while there were lots of people eating and working in the restaurant, not a single person greeted us, checked us in or told us where to wait. We just hung out in front of the restaurant as others taking the class gathered with us. At 5:45 someone finally approached us to ask if we taking the class and told us to go wash our hands. The class itself was fun and we enjoyed it.

While on vacation in Rome, my family signed up for the Tasty Pasta and Tiramisu Cooking Class. I admit I was a little concerned, but Chef Carlotta is a fantastic instructor! It was an informative, easy and fun way to learn. I can't wait to get home and try out my new pasta and tiramisu skills!

I've taken cooking classes before, but I really loved how meticulous this one was with the details. It was located in the heart of Rome, which was awesome, and the best part was getting to savor the pasta I made and enjoy a glass of wine while making new friends with other people in the class.

Having Italian roots I was quite embarrassed to admit I had never made pasta from scratch, come to find out I'm actually a natural! Our chef gave great guidance throughout the experience and the recipes are simple but delicious (the way I like them)! Might book the Pizza and Gelato as well!

I had a great time with Maria, the Chef! She brought the Italian flavours alive with her fun and lively attitude. Learned some new tricks to my cooking skills and enjoyed a nice pasta lunch I made myself. If I had more time I would try their other classes too!!
