Our entire family, including young children, had the best evening with Chef Mattia. He was an incredibly clear communicator, engaging and funny! He was so attentive to every person in the group and made the kids feel instantly comfortable. This was definitely one of the most memorable experiences of our trip, in large part due to Mattia!
