We had a great time at the hands on pasta class in Florence.
First of all, Marco was AMAZING! He made us all feel comfortable and made sure we were all involved. He is a fantastic teacher with a lot of patience.
We enjoyed both making and eating the pastas! The pumpkin pancetta sauce for the gnocchi was amazing.
The ambience of the restaurant was fantastic. The exposed excavation and historic paintings added to our experience.
We would definitely recommend!

This Pasta and Tiramisu Cooking Class was a delightful mix of learning and fun. Our chef was wonderful – patient and funny. We were taught the real way to create fresh pasta from scratch and moulded various types before we progressed to the heavenly tiramisu recipe. The kitchen itself was well supplied and had a nice, warm Italian feel. The best part other than the cooking was definitely breaking bread together. I returned home stuffed and confidently armed with new cooking skills.
