We toured l'Academi and Uffizi with Ilaria. Extremely knowledgeable and always generous answering questions. She walked fast at points so stay close and avoid your headset beginning to break up. That's how you know you're losing your guide. This was our second tour with this company. Our first was the Colosseum which was a bit.more kid friendly.

Maja was a fantastic, knowledgeable, and fun guide! We truly enjoyed our tour of the Accademia, Florence and the Uffizi. Maja was personable, funny and spoke with passion about her city! The tour is long and over lunch (if you start at 10:30AM) so make sure you eat before or bring snacks and water to help you stay fueled up for the tour. The tour was organized even when there was a hiccup with our Uffizi tickets. Maja handled it with care and quickly. Thank you for a fabulous tour! We loved it!

Marco was a great guide. Instead of trying to see every piece in two museums. He gave broad strokes of explanations for most pieces, but went very in depth on 10-12 important works. It was a great way to get a taste of both museums without being overwhelmed. It is the only way I want to see art museums from now on.

“Skipping the line” tours are the way to go in a place where the lines are really really long to see the highlights of the Accademia and Uffizi. The tour is half a day and even with skipping the lines we were in line for close to a hour out of the tour time . However, our tour guide Marco was very knowledgeable and passionate about Michelangelo, daVinci, the Medici and more. Plus he had a great sense of humor! We learned so much that we were able to apply as we saw other sites around the city. Bravo, Marco.

Our guide was lovely and knowledgeable, making sure to provide great details on the works we saw. On the less-good end, to no fault of the tour operator, we had to compete for space and audio volume with many, many school groups, which was a bit unexpected in mid-March. We experienced a number of difficulties with the clarity of the sound on the Whisper listening devices separate from the crowd noise. Overall, I would recommend this tour but caution that it is a LOT to take in at once.

The tour guid was very knowledgeable and really help set the scenes for each piece of art or sculpture discussed. He did an amazing job helping us understand the dynamics in play between artists, the Church and the time periods. If you want a deep dive into the important works and their history vs. the audio guides or a skimming of all of the works at these museums, then this is the tour for you.
