Saeed was a fantastic guide—very knowledgeable and lot of interesting history and stories shared. He made it engaging and kept the interest of my 13=year-old daughter throughout the tour. Tour guide did not show up. I did get a call possible from a Paris number but I was sightseeing so I did not answer it & could not understand the voicemail message. TTG rep did get my ticket to me but without the guide, the experience was not the same.
