We had a great time on the Giverny/Versailles tour! Even though it seemed like a lot for one day, we had plenty of time at both locations and did not feel at all rushed. The operation was well organized and being able to enter as a group seemed to save us quite a bit of time in line. The tour guides were both very knowledgeable - I learned a lot despite having been to Versailles before.
I booked the tour guy they assigned city Wonders the worst experience
I am sorry I paid the tour guy
We checked in at a poorly selected location
They had our names and phone numbers we got on bus
Ash the guide gave a 5 min talk about first stop giverney
He told us we would see red flag..time to meet bus
I joined another who said she looked at their faces especially driver to help locate
They were not at bus we were left no call no text I contacted city Wonders they said go back to Paris
We took Uber $95 ,to versailles versailles let us in after 2 hours the other woman said I want to. Look at bus parking lot
She found the bus
The guide Ash was gone
The driver felt bad
WhY DID THRY NOT CALL THE MISSING TOURISTS were strangers we just stayed together we could have been hurt
I am appalled
We are owed the Uber fare back

Daniel was awesome. He talked most of the time and gave great information. Heline was awesome at Versailles. She knew her information.
Great day seeing 2 amazing places
We spent our first full day in Paris on this tour - leaving early for Giverney and after lunch, heading to Versailles. We took a G7 taxi to the meeting place, which worked well. Bring a sweater for cool mornings! The tour guide was awesome and funny. The bus was full and left on time, we met some nice people over the course of the day. Giverney was lovely, Monet's house and gardens were beautiful, but very crowded. We had lunch in a recommended cafe. It was very nice. It was nice to rest on the bus on the way to Versailles. There our guide handed us off to another guide who would take us through the palace. She was great, and very informative! Again, it was very crowded. I love Versailles, having been there before, but never with a guide. We had time to go through the gardens on our own, and I really wanted to, but when we got out there it was cloudy and quite chilly, and we were exhausted from traveling the day before. The gardens were not in full bloom and so we opted to go to the gift shop and a cafe for some coffee. This tour was fun, I liked having time on our own, and it was great not having to worry about train schedules and logistics. I would highly recommend this tour if you are trying to see these places and don't have the time to spend a full day at each. Loved the guides, the bus was comfortable, and we saw everything we had hoped to see.
Monet’s House and Palace of Versailles Day Trip
We did this tour on April 29th and it was great! The tour bus was comfortable and the tour guides were amazing, especially our guide for the tour of Versailles, she was funny and informative. Monet's gardens were beautiful (I'd recommend skipping the tour of the house, it is small and super crowded) and we learned a lot about his life. Highly recommend this tour.
Amazing experience
First time visiting Paris, and throughout the entire tour we were taken care of. The rich history we learned from our tour guides, and food suggestions for lunch were perfect. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who visits.
A Long, Good Day
This tour covered a lot and if your choices are see both or see one of these sites in the time you have choose see both and this tour. There was so much to see at both sites that a full day each would have been a wiser choice, but that will have to be next time. Our guides were excellent and travel to and from the sites was seemless.
