Emma, our guide, was knowledgeable and helpful. We don’t normally like tours but this tour was the perfect blend of good information and time on our own to explore. We were not able to go to the top, as my husband was using a cane, it would have been nice to know that before booking this tour.

My wife and I were recently in Paris celebrating our anniversary and decided to take a tour. This was definitely an awesome decision. The tour started out with a one hour cruise around Paris followed by an express trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Our tour guide Hafid was the best !! Not only was he friendly and fun , he was knowledgeable , not just about the Eiffel Tower but all of Paris as well ! Thank you for such a fantastic experience !!!

Our guide, Ellen was very informative and professional, assisting a member of our group navigating the tour on a wheelchair/ scooter.
She spoke well with us about Paris, about the history of the French Revolution. She even added safety tips/ travel tips and local recommendations. It was a wonderful tour!

Sabrina was a great guide and shared a very helpful tip for one of person in my party to be able to access the summit. River cruise is at a separate time from the Eiffel Tower. I thought the cruise and tower were the same evening, but it actually worked out better that they were separate.

The tour is amazing. The tour guide is knowledgeable and very informative. Bring a jacket for evening tour our group got chilly out on the 2nd floor deck and had to run inside to warm up.

We've waited for four years, for one moment:.to be on the top of the Eiffel Tower and celebrate our anniversary. Your tour was not organized well at all. it was tough to follow the guide, and it was as poorly poorly executed. And then, once on the tower, they spent too much time in the second level, hanging around answering questions instead of immediately heading to the top. By that by the time we tried to ascend, there were a million people trying to go up, all at the same time. That was at 10:50 pm., well past the expected 3 hour tour! Mywife and I couldn't stand in the mass of people for the length of time it would take to go up. and left. My wife was (is) heart broken! Simply put, it was poorly planned, and just plain unorganized. Such a shame.

Magical cruise on the Seine with wonderful music! The bridges are so amazing! Our guide Abdelfetah was very knowledgeable, and gave us a colorful narrative. It was a little hard to hear at times as the Tower is full of people but we managed! We enjoyed the evening very much!
