We had Ana as our tour guide in the tower. She was phenomenal. Provided plenty of facts about the Eiffel Tower and was very personable. We met her at the location and breezed through the lines. Afterwards we went and took the boat ride. Loved it.

I usually do not like tours, but I make a big exception for this one. The tour rep was easy to locate/instructions were so easy to follow. The boat was comfortable, clean & easy to view the sites from the inside on a cold day. The guide spoke clearly & was very informative using animated speech...not just a script. Our group had 8 people and Hexcel did an excellent job of keeping us together at the tower. She was also easy to understand & delivered exceptional information & handy tips. She has a cute personality that made the tour even more enjoyable. This tour was well worth the time & expense. Thank-You!

Amber, our tour guide for the Seine River cruise and Eiffel Tower tour was simply amazing. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about Paris and French history, but she was full of fun facts about the city, the monuments, and history. She even gave us a list of wonderful restaurants to try in different areas of Paris which we found very helpful. She really was a high point on our trip!!!

When I think of Paris, I think of the Eiffel tower. On this tour, our knowledgable guide took us first on a boat cruise along the river and we had a glass of champagne. After that we went up by elevator to the eiffel tower. On the way down, the elevator was crowded and it was a bit hot, so i opted for the stairs. Was super easy.

Our guide met us right on time and we went on a boat where we drank champagne! Our guide then took us up the tower where I took some great selfies. The elevator was a bit crowded to come down, so I took the stairs and it was super easy. thanks!

We liked the daytime visit to the Eiffel Tower. We took the tour back in early June, which means the weather was nice and cool. I gave it a 4-star review as the elevator was a little crowded, and you had to queue up, but from what I understand, there is no way around that unless you eat at the Jules Verne.

This tour was great. My wife and I don't like to stay up too late and opted for the day time tour. Everything happened as promised. There was a company representative with a sign, we did a lovely cruise with champagne, then went up the tower. The website recommended we take the stairs down and thank god. It was really hot, and the elevators are crowded. Walking down was very pleasant and we stopped for photos constantly.
