After meeting your guide near the Eiffel Tower, you’ll pass through the security area to begin your climb. Your first stop is the 1st and 2nd levels of the Eiffel, which you'll reach by climbing the stairs. Tour was very organized and our Young Lady Guide (can't remember her name) was fantastic. Only issue was the crowds lined up for tickets, which took a bit of time to get the tickets.... but, what do you expect in visiting one of the most iconic symbols of Paris. I would recommend this particular tour, but possibly, try the earliest time slot available to avoid the peak crowd times.

The worst experience ever. They lied to us and told us the tower would be open. We arrived earlier than 5 pm and the tour guide pretended as she was not aware they were closed. She did the same thing to another group at 4:30. No refund has been issued , but will report them as fraudulent. Don’t book with them (they will steal your money).

We missed it because dignitaries were flooding back into Paris from Normandy! Prez Biden’s motorcade rode right in front of us! I’m sure it would have been wonderful!

We had an absolutely wonderful time on this tour. Our guide Hisham was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our tour with "The Tour Guy" last night! The guide was prompt, knowledgeable, and amusing. We really appreciated hearing more about the back story regarding the building of the Eiffel Tower, as well as some funny anecdotes from modern times. Highly recommend it!
