Monika was a great guide to the area, the food, the wine and the local culture. We did the food tour on our first night in Rome. It worked out great as it helped us become aware of the surrounding and gave us a great diverse tasting of a variety of foods. I especially like the stop in the salameria with great meats, cheeses and wines. The rest of the family loved to fresh fried cod. Then our final restaurant stop at the restaurant was perfect. Monika helped us understand details throughout the night. And, of course, capped off with great gelato!!
