We had a wonderful time. Amato (our guide) was very helpful and well-informed. He helped us find a shop in Lugano, which was very kind of him. And And Antonio (our driver)!did an amazing job on twisty road that I would not want to walk on, let alone drive a bus! We would take this trip again.
Fantastic Day Trip
The commute is long but worth it! The tour guide, Alice, was amazing and we had a great time.
Beautiful Lake Come in early May 2025
The actual tour was from CityWonder. The tour was in a large group. 40 to 50 people in a large tour bus. The lake como boat cruise was good. The Lake and surrounding are very beautiful. the tour guide lady Sara was good. I would preferred in small group like 20 to 25 people with smaller bus or van because the roads are narrow and on the lake cliff in some area. Of course, small group would increase the price. Smaller group would be easier to manage because some passengers were left off at the boat departure for pee stop and they catch up their own to Bellagio. Our bus driver Antonia was great and very experienced avoid near miss head on collision from other side of the road. Not a lot of touring from tour lead at Lake Lugano beside chocolate store.

This tour was a fantastic way to see both Italy and Switzerland in one day! Lake Como was breathtaking, Bellagio was charming, and Lugano was a great Swiss stop. The large group made it even more fun, and everything was well-organized. The cruise on Lake Como was a highlight!

Left on time, comfy-cool bus, beautiful scenery, knowledgeable staff. The only mishap was the guide's mic while on the boat. Hardly understood what she was saying.
This tour is so awesome. Don't leave Italy without it. Lake Como, Bellagio and Lugano are stunning. Once in a lifetime experience. The lasagna and tiramisu at "La Lanterna" in Bellagio are a must. One of the best ones you'll ever have.
The visit to Switzerland was delighful too. Buy chocolates ! Exquisite !!!

Great tour to see lots of Italy
our tour guide was wonderful. She was very informative, but also let us have time to explore ourselves. This company is better than others. We have previously toured with definitely suggest booking with them.
Jo was fantastic made it a great experience
However the boat was way over crowded and very uncomfortable was not able to see what Jo was talking about most of the time which was very unfortunate so since this happened definitely not worth the purchase price.
