You'll meet your local guide and small group of 25 or fewer people at a easy to reach location near the Colosseum (exact directions can be found on your voucher). There, you'll get a taste of what you'll see and experience before heading off to your skip-the-line entry at the Colosseum. Meet at the green souvenir kiosk in front of the "Colosseo" metro stop, located just outside the lower level. A friendly representative will be there holding a sign with our company name on it.
Government-issued ID for entrance to the Colosseum. Archaeological sites have uneven terrain so wear comfortable sneakers. Bring sunscreen and a water bottle during the hot summer months.

We loved everything about this tour! Our guide was incredible! She was fun, informative, kept the group together, and stayed a little late to share information with us so we got the full tour! It was busy at the colosseum, but she made sure we saw everything and found spots for great photos! We had an absolute blast on this tour and learned tons!! Would recommend 100%!!

The Colosseum and the Roman Forum were incredible. Not only the accomplishments of the ancient Romans, but also the amazing excavation work that has been performed and the work that has been down to maintain the sites. Our tour guide (Francisco) was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the history of the sites, but also the efforts that had gone into preserving the sites and the ties of the pagan sites to Christianity.

We got to see the Colosseum and arena floor, which was great. We were supposed to see the Roman Forum but that got canceled because of King Charles’ state visit. We got tickets to go on our own the next day but would have appreciated a guided tour. Tour guide was good, apologized profusely. I know it was outside her control, I’m sure I would have rated higher if not for the disruption,

We had an amazing tour with Nora our guide. She knew so much about the Colosseum and surrounding area. She let us take pictures, made sure the group was together, and shared amazing history with us. We walked the main corridor, arena floor, and upper level. The “underground” is a separate tour/ticket. Would absolutely recommend this tour. Directions for the meeting point are clear and it’s just so worth it!!

Fantastic tour of the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Our tour guide Felicity was phenomenal. She guided us through the history of the area and provided information on the ongoing restoration and archaeological sites. It was amazing how she brought the area to life with her descriptions and photographs. I would highly recommend the Tour Guy tours.
