We tried The Tour Guy recently on a Rome visit and fell in love. Today’s Versailles tour with Nadia was amazing. She really took care of our small group, from the meeting place, train and all along the way in the stunning palace. Her knowledge of French history is amazing and it put things into perspective much, much more than if we just walked through by ourselves. The Versailles tour was more than I expected! The service was excellent. Our guide, Dimitri was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We learned so much! He also went out of his way to make sure we understood the Paris Metro/Train system and showed us how to navigate the app. So helpful!

Our guide Astrid (sp) was knowledgeable, helpful and really made the Palace come to life. Her overview of the garden was helpful as were directions to take the subway back to town (as we stayed in the gardens for the afternoon). Highly recommend!

We purchased the Versailles with transport ticket. It couldn't have been easier. We received and email immediately with where and when to meet. The tour guide was very easy to find and lead us as a group to the train and all the way to Versailles, even gave us ideas if we wanted to see the little city surrounding the palace after. We all received earbuds to hear the guide, she was extremely knowledgably and very nice! After they gave us tickets if we wanted to see the other buildings in the gardens, which we did. Although we were a bit late to the meeting location as we were on the wrong side of the bridge, our guide was gracious and waited for us.
Getting to Versailles by train was easy. Our guide did an excellent job with the history of Versailles as we admired it's great beauty.
After the tour, we had a lovely lunch on site and then took the little train across the gardens to visit the lake and Napoleon's quarters.
