Your culinary journey begins in front of the Biblioteca Nazionale in Florence, where you’ll meet your friendly guide and group of fellow chefs-in-the-making! Soon enough, you’ll be transported to an enchanting Tuscan farmhouse where your enthusiastic chefs and guides will be waiting to greet you! Make Your Own Pizza!
Your professional chefs will demonstrate the traditional art of making real Italian pizza, showing you the basics, step by step. After watching the masters at work, it will be your turn to try! Begin by making your very own dough from scratch, as your chefs guide you through the proper way to knead and roll it to perfection. Finally, complete your masterpiece by adding delicious toppings that were picked straight from the garden!
Finally, pop your delicious pizzas into the wood fire oven, cheers with a glass of fine Chianti Classico wine, and get ready to enjoy!

We run our tours rain or shine. If the weather is extremely bad and we need to cancel the tour due to safety concerns, we will inform you immediately.
Is there any chance my tour might be canceled?
On the rare occasion the tour is canceled, we'll inform you as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your tour when possible or provide a full refund.
Is food included in the price of the tour?
Yes, after making your own pizza and gelato, you will sit down and enjoy the meal with your fellow foodies!
What if I have food allergies, intolerances, or other dietary requirements?
For any allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. We will work with our tour partners to provide you with an alternative when possible. Unfortunately, celiac and gluten free diets cannot be accommodated on this tour.
What if I don’t drink alcohol but I’d still like to join a food tour?
Not a problem. Please let us know in the comment box when you book your tour so we can make sure an alternative drink is provided.
Can I bring my kids and do I have to pay for them?
This tour has a minimum age of eight years old, and children aged 8-17 pay a reduced fee. Please choose accordingly during the booking.
Does this tour include hotel pickup?
Hotel pickup is not included on this tour. You’ll meet your guide at the designated meeting point at the Biblioteca Nazionale in Piazza Cavalleggeri.
