After several days of walking through European cities, my family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed spending a relaxing day in our cooking class in Florence. Our chef, Alice, was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, patient and fun! The market visit was a great way to start the class and learn more about Italian meats, vegetables and, of course, olive oils! Once we started cooking, the time flew by as we learned how to make fresh pasta, ravioli and tiramisu. The best part was eating our delicious meal and toasting with wine to a day well-spent. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Florence and looking for a unique experience.

This adventure was beyond my expectations! I learned so much Chef and will incorporate the small techniques shown in to my own cooking at home. We made wonderful sauces and homemade pasta and tiramisu. Tommas was a wonderful and pleasant teacher. Would recommend this school & class to anyone wanting this type of experience.

We loved this! the San Lorenzo Market is just amazing and we're so happy we went there with our guide. Now we are going to go back and we know all of the best stuff to buy and bring home. The food we cooked was so fresh and delicious and of course the Tuscan wine was a perfect pairing. I wholeheartdely recommend this cooking class and market tour while in Florence. it was perfection.
