Our guides were extremely knowledgeable, and managed our group, 18 of us, expertly through the streets of Florence. We did the combo tour. The morning was spent in the Accademia and David, and then a passiagiata to the Ponte Vecchio. After a short lunch break on our own, we were taken to the Uffizi museum. The guides told wonderful stories about the famous Renaissance figures. Highly recommend!!!

This tour was amazing! Marta did a great job of navigating us through crowds in each museum, and making sure we not only saw the highlights, but learned a lot of the context of the art as well. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Florence had been on my bucket list and the Tour Guy did not disappoint at all. It meet all my expectations. He explained and answered all of our questions. We also went to secret areas and I was just so happy. Highly recommend this tour.

We were stuck on a train from Rome to Florence for over five hours! This train was delayed by over four hours, so not only did we not make the first part of the tour, but we missed the second part of our tour by six minutes! Then we had to stand in a nonreserved line for the Accademia for over two and a half hours so our trip to Florence wouldn’t go to waste! This has been the most disappointing part of our Italian vacation as we paid over $350 to see nothing! Not counting the additional $45 we paid for the Accademia gallery after we had already paid for tickets. After paying for four different tours all through The Tour Guy, I would like to believe that those in charge at The Tour Guy will reach out to offer us some help!

This tour was great for covering the most popular art and cultural must see items in Florence. Our guide, Ciara, was amazing - very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend, especially if you only have a short time in Florence.

Our guides were excellent. We had two different people for the morning and the afternoon. The gentleman that did the afternoon tour at the Uffizzi was amazing! He was so knowledgeable. With that said, the radios were poor all day long. In the morning tour the volume wasn’t sufficient for anyone. The headsets are just bad. In the afternoon, the microphone kept acting up and everyone gave up using the headphones at all and we just stayed really close. I felt bad for the guide. He did a great job despite this. They really need to invest in decent headphones and microphones.

It’s a very good informational tour. My only suggestion to have Uffizi visit first and Academia second, not the other way as the tour currently structured. There is more to see at Uffizi but being in the second half leaves less time and by the time we were at Uffizi we were quite tired already
