Aperitivo Time
Your delicious journey begins with a welcoming aperitivo. You'll mingle with fellow food lovers while enjoying a taste of Bolognese cuisine, including local Mortadella and Piadina paired with a refreshing glass of Pignoletto wine. It’s the perfect way to get into the spirit of a true Italian feast.
The Spritz Class
Next, prepare a signature cocktail that goes beyond the ordinary. You'll learn to craft a Casoni spritz, a local favorite infused with unique herbs and made with age-old recipes. This refreshing drink offers a truly unique twist on an international classic and a chance to toast your culinary adventure.
The Pasta Class
Now it’s time to roll up your sleeves! Using only your hands and a rolling pin, you'll make pasta dough from scratch with locally sourced eggs and flour. You will shape and cook your tagliatelle to perfection, preparing it to be topped with our authentic ragù and savory 24-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
The Final Feast
The best part of any cooking class is getting to enjoy the fruits of your labor. You'll toast with a glass of local Sangiovese wine as you cook and savor the delicious dish you created. To round off your meal, you’ll enjoy a quintessential Italian finish: rich Moka coffee and a traditional digestif of amaro.
