The tour guide was great and the site is fantastic.
This being said, we experienced an unfortunate experience at the beginning of our tour as we were meeting in the restaurant as per instructions of the tour operator.
Our mom fell and broke her hip and as she left with the ambulance, 3 of us left the tour group to go to the hospital where she would end-up staying for 10 days to get surgery.
This was a tough situation, and afterward we asked the tour operator to rebook the 3 of us for a subsequent tour and they refused. They legally did not have to, but for us how they handled this request, with no empathy or care, really reflected their true character; they don’t care about their customers, this is just transactional.

this is a jam-packed site and good choice to utilize a tour it gets you in amongst the chaos and thousands of people has some narrative for you to enjoy the site. Not amazingly informative but very inclusive and guide was attentive to the groups needs . thank you

I'm not a big guided tour guy but I'm glad I booked this one - the line to get in outside is unreal and we got to skip it! I learned so much about Sagrada Familia and Barcelona and Gaudi from our guide that I would never have had the same experience if I just stood in line outside and went in by myself.
