Begin with a small selection of Greek appetizers and a glass of wine as the chef shares stories about Greek culinary traditions.​

Cook traditional Greek pasta​

Learn to cook hilopites, a classic Greek pasta, following a traditional family recipe.

Greek salad with a twist​

Prepare a fresh salad using locally sourced greens, baked tomatoes, and an extra virgin olive oil vinaigrette.

Slow-cooked Greek stew​

The chef will share techniques for achieving tender, flavorful meat using slow-cooking methods.
