At the corner of Pont d'Iena and Quai Branly, underneath the statue of a Roman warrior and his horse. As a point of reference, just a few feet away you'll see a food stand called Le Carrousel and an actual carousel. A friendly representative will be there holding a sign with our company name on it.
It's always smart to bring water and wear comfortable shoes since you'll be on your feet for the most part. Aside from that, just check the forecast and prepare accordingly, be that sunscreen or rain jackets!

Our tour guide was incredible! We were late because of all the street closures for the Olympics but our tour guide waited for us, kept texting us and was wonderfully understanding when we did finally arrive. She gave the best tour and was so kind. Thank you!

Perfect way to see everything, so enjoyable and our guide knew so much! Had a great blend of history and trying to get group involved as well as tell us great local knowledge too. Wonderful experience and made our night in Paris totally worth it!

Maria (Masha) was a wonderful tour guide! We learned so much about the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of time to browse the gift shop and grab a drink. She also took some fantastic photos of our family for us. The only problem we had was we did not get champagne because The Tour Guy company changed cruise lines recently. Masha was apologetic and embarrassed, and it is not her fault at all. The Tour Guy company should’ve taken this into account and had an alternative ready, such as champagne on the Eiffel Tower, or should’ve proactively offered a compensation for this, as it was a disappointment. The company did inform Masha that we would be getting a small portion of our fee refunded for the champagne, but it is already the next day and I still have not gotten an email from The Tour Guy company about it.

Amazing experience, very knowledgeable guide that accommodated one French speaking and two English speaking members of our group pf 3. We enjoyed the cruise and spectacular views of Paris. Stayed on the 2nd floor of tower till sunset, unfortunately weather was not very good for the sunset and quite windy.and chilly.

The cruise was a lovely way to see Paris in a relaxed way. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and wet but we still enjoyed our time and kept warm with blankets provided by the company. The Effel Tower tour was soooo thrilling. I'm so happy we were able to go up to the 2nd floor. Views just amazing. Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Even in the rain it was fun!

What a great experience my sisters and I had! Tour guy is the way to go while on vacation! Our tour guide was so informative and sweet! We really skipped the line at the Eiffel Tower which was a great bonus! Tour guy is a reliable company! We used them in London and in Paris. Trustworthy!

What a great way to see the Eiiffel tower. We had a private guide who told us the entire background story. We also went on a boat, drank a glass of champagne and then went up the elevator to the 2nd level. Talk about a view!

I decided to spend a bit more with my fiance' and so happy we did. We met our guide and first went on a boat ride and had a glass of champagne. After that we took an elevator to the 2nd level and took amazing photos.

We had the most amazing time with Amber as our guide. We took a wonderful boat ride on the Seine, and she was most informative and so warmly engaging. She even tailored her stories to make it more fun and interesting for our grandchildren (11, 9, and 6). She also chatted with us on a more personal level, interested in our family and our country. Thank you, Amber! I can’t recommend her or The Tour Guy more highly. We originally booked the Seine cruise and Eiffel Tower tour with lift, but they were unable to get Eiffel Tower tickets on the lift as they were sold out. They asked us if we wanted a full refund, but we decided to do the Seine cruise anyway, so they gave us a partial refund. I’m so glad we did! They were also very quick and responsive to our questions and concerns. I feel they are a very good and reputable tour agency and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Paris is experiencing unprecedented crowds, so having a guide is the way to go. Enjoy Paris, and book with The Tour Guy.
