Unfortunately we did not make our tour due to my wife's
unexpected illness that occurred. We did notify email our cancelation. I was very disappointed that no refund or credit wasn't given for something that was out of our control. We as customers spent a week of tours with your company and would have appreciated some form of reimbursement.
