Well worth it! Marina was incredible. She was personable humble and SO knowledgeable on the tour. I am 55 and she is possibly the best tour guide I have ever had. She was never rushed and answered all our questions thoroughly. I could not have been more impressed with her breadth and depth of knowledge.
If you get the Colosseum tour, read the meeting place instructions carefully. I would recommend arriving 20 minutes early. The green Kiosk they talk about is on the lower level of the metro stop right in front of the Coloseum. It is an octagonal (i think) shaped small building and the meeting side is on the opposite side of the door.
Keep an eye on what’s app because they may try to contact you there if you were lost like us.
Well worth the money. Give that guide a raise, seriously. She single-handedly is making me switch from Victor to TripAdvisor to the “Tourguy”. At the very least I will look for them on our travels. Well done.

We had a wonderful tour of the Colosseum & Underground and surrounding Forum and Palatine Hill area with Elisibetta. She was on time, very knowledgeable, super personable and a great guide. We truly enjoyed it and would absolutely recommend! The Colosseum really is mind blowing. Seeing it from the outside is awesome, but getting to go inside, underground, walk different levels and see the exhibits is amazing. Well worth the time and money!

Francesca was thorough and knowledgeable and kept a good pace throughout the tour. The underground of the colloseum is fascinating and I think the tour was worth every penny. It also includes arena floor and 2nd level of the “stands”. I liked that we started with the colloseum and then we finished in the Roman forum and we could spend the rest of the day exploring on our own if we decided to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour

Our guide David who is Italian w English heritage was enthusiastic, knowledgeable & had a great sense of humor. He clearly knows all the tricks & the right places to stop, give his group space & was v easy to follow (figuratively & literally).
Me and a few others even decided to then do his later Pantheon tour & I’m so glad I did as his passion for the building wone me over & is truly magical. A great way to end my last day in Rome. Highly recommend you join his tour specifically.
