We loved this tour. We had 2 teens with us who also thought it was great. I’ve been to the Louvre before but have felt lost and overwhelmed. This was interesting and concise and very funny! My teens appreciated seeing the more famous pieces and getting a chance to take pics. We LOVED our guide, Sid! He was funny, knowledgeable and easy to understand!

If you don’t love crowds, book the first tour of the day. I’m horrible withe names but our tour guide was a good fit for us. (First tour Sunday August 31) We were met to the side of the arc de Carrousel statue it was raining, and walked to the entry hall where the tour was thoroughly explained. No stupid flag to follow… love that. He gave us nice overview of Louvre itself via videos they have available before showing & explaining the high points. We had plenty of time to get our pictures. He navigated us well through the crowd & at the end, offered to lead the group back to the portion of the tour that had changed since the original booking (to honor it??? But to us that was above & beyond) Great tour & just amazed to have experienced this incredible museum with The Tour Guy & City Wonders
