A Wonderful Experience - Perfect Day with a Perfect Afternoon Tea

Doug was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable and gave us a great in depth explanation of not only the history of the park, but detailed the modern day cultural events in Kensington Park like major concerts, etc. His stories absolutely brought the everyday life in London to life for us. He was very considerate of the varying walking speeds in our group, and waited for those who wanted to take pictures. He even offered frequently to take pictures in front of picturesque scenes for pairs or families. At afternoon tea, he explained the history of the high tea and the customs and etiquette, and went above and beyond to make sure the food was to our taste and that we got a nice group photo. We had a great time, and for my family who are visiting London for the first time, it was a magical experience. Thank you Doug!!

Tom, our guide, was perfect! Knowledgeable, engaging and humorous! We loved the time we spent with him. Our high tea at the Orangry was so much more than we expected! We loved it!

First day in London.

Went directly from the airport to the Tea. The guide was attentive and patient. Made the tour special and went out of his way to show us what we wanted to see.

Enjoyed a wonderful tour of Kensington Gardens with Doug. I was fortunate to be the only person signed up, so I had a private tour and enjoyed learning everything about the garden. Doug is enthusiastic and very engaging which made the tour even more enjoyable. A definite must do when in London.
