The meal we shared at the end was absolutely delicious, and it felt like we’d made new friends. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you long after your trip ends. Incredible experience!

Such an incredible hands-on cooking experience! Making tagliatelle from scratch was easier than I expected thanks to our wonderful instructors, who explained everything clearly and made sure everyone was involved. Learning to mix up the perfect Aperol spritz was such a fun bonus! The energy in the room was contagious — lots of laughter, great conversation, and delicious food. This class was one of the best things we did on our Italy trip and honestly, such great value for the experience. We’re already planning to recreate everything back home in the U.S.!

Highlight of visit to Bologna!

This class was such a highlight of our time in Bologna! From the moment we stepped into Roberta and Beatrice’s home, we felt welcomed like old friends. It wasn’t just about making pasta — it was about sharing stories, laughs, and learning about the culture and traditions of this beautiful city. The instructors were warm, patient, and so much fun. We especially loved the conversations that flowed naturally while we waited for the dough to rest — it truly felt like a gathering of friends rather than a class. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and a new appreciation for Bologna’s way of life. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience!

Absolutely amazing experience! We spent an incredible 3 hours making tagliatelle with Roberta and Beatrice — they were fantastic teachers, super friendly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout. Mixing up a classic spritz, cooking fresh tagliatelle with rich ragu, and then enjoying the meal together was such a highlight. Excellent value for money and we learned so much to take back home to the U.S. Highly recommend this cooking class!
