Aria and Ben were phenomenal chefs. The class was not only interesting and informative but so much fun. I learned a lot of great techniques as well as really had fun cooking. I’ll wear my apron at home and smile every time I make homemade pasta. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants a true Rome cooking experience.

This was an excellent cooking class to experience with our son while we are in Rome. Our chef Sherry and her associate Jenny started us off with learning how to prepare our own Aperol spritz then we headed into the kitchen to make pasta for our meal. Class participants get a lot of hands-on experience making a couple of different types of traditional Roman pasta dishes, and our glasses are never left empty. All participants also receive the recipes in a pdf document via email or WhatsApp after class as well. I highly recommend this class!
Very fun and informative class!

Sherry and Jenny provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere and made this pasta and spritz making cooking class so much fun. The instructions were clear, and each participant got hands-on experience making pasta. Class participants also had the opportunity to take part in preparing the sauces (a vegetarian and non-vegetarian option) served with our homemade pasta. All participants sign up on a list to receive the recipes in a pdf document after the completion of the class.

This class was absolutely fantastic. Marzia is clearly a very experienced chef with a great sense of humor. Immediately upon arrival you are warmly welcomed and she breaks down the evening/does a few ice breakers to get to know everyone. The space is cozy but not too small so as not to feel cramped. She teaches you how to make 3 delicious drinks and a choice between making a meat or vegetarian pasta in order to accommodate all participants diets. Her tips and tricks lead everyone to create a delicious meal and she is taking photos and telling jokes all throughout. At the end of the night, she will add you to a whatsapp group and post all the photos/recipes to take with you and maybe continue to connect with other class mates. Overall, the whole evening felt very organic and smooth. Would 100% do it again for anything else she offered!

Benjamin and Gustavo hosted an absolutely fantastic cooking class that was equal parts fun, educational, and delicious! We learned to make fresh tagliatelle pasta from scratch, with the choice of two classic sauces: Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe. Both were simple yet packed with flavor, and the step-by-step guidance made it easy to follow along. The cocktail-making was just as exciting! We made three different drinks: Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, and a limoncello-based drink. My favorite was the Campari Spritz—its bold, bitter flavor really shines if you’re a fan of bitters. Benjamin and Gustavo didn’t just stop at the cooking and cocktails—they went above and beyond by taking group photos during the class and sending them to us afterward, along with the recipes and fantastic recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing in various neighborhoods. Everything about this experience was top-notch: the food, the drinks, and the warm, engaging hosts. This class is worth every penny and more. If you’re looking for a fun, unique night out, don’t miss it! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this tour. It was so much fun and delicious. We made pasta and two sauces which we got to choose one of to eat. If you go as a group you can choose different ones so you get to taste both. We also made three different cocktails throughout the evening. Ida had vibrant energy which made it fun! At the end she sent us the recipes snd gave us some loval recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful evening of deliciousness!
