Your morning begins outside a souvenir shop near the Eiffel Tower, where you'll meet your friendly host and the rest of your group. After a brief introduction to the tower's history, you'll head to this world-famous landmark to start your journey upward.
Ride the elevator to the second floor
Bid farwell to your host, board the elevator, and soar up to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Even from here, the panoramic views of Paris are extraordinary. Take in the sprawling cityscape below and snap photos before continuing to the summit.
Reach the summit of the Eiffel Tower
Ascend to the top floor for a breathtaking birds-eye view of the entire city. From this vantage point, you can truly see all of Paris spread out beneath you. Make sure your camera is ready for this unforgettable perspective.
Spot famous landmarks from above
As you gaze across the cityscape, look for landmarks like La Défense, Trocadéro, and the Arc de Triomphe. You'll also spot Pont Alexandre III, Les Invalides, the hilltop neighborhood of Montmartre, and the Louvre.

Good to know:
Accessibility: Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible, as the Eiffel Tower is only wheelchair accessible to the 2nd Floor. Canes and other mobility devices are not allowed on the summit level.
Bag Policy: Large bags, luggage, and glass containers are not permitted inside the Eiffel Tower.
Tour Changes: The Eiffel Tower summit can occasionally close due to crowd control or weather. Your host will inform you of next steps if this were to occur.
Please Note: This tour is not guided, but instead comes with a host. As security checks are mandatory, there may be a wait before entering the tower.
Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can enter sites on time.

I liked our guide, Alice, but was hoping we could have more of a tour of the second level prior to leaving the rest of the group for Summit access. Also, I didn’t realize a boat ride was included in the price I paid so that was a nice surprise.

We were told to meet in front of an address, we arrived at 815am, no tour guide was present. We called tour guys several times and local partner DTG. Tour guys basically could not reach the local tour company, nor could we. They basically said "sorry, there's nothing we can do" No offer to reschedule or refund. They took our money and didn't stand behind their company. Customer service was helpless. We did not get our tickets for our boat ride either. I would beware, as others have written. Just a broker with no skin in the game.
Long wait and couldn’t go to the summit

I honestly thought that having booked the tour would have made the whole experience faster. Instead we did over 1 hour of queue, really not worth the price. In addition, we were given a ticket for the 2nd floor by the guide. Once arrived at the 2nd floor, the guide was lost and we could not reach the summit as booked and paid for. I already wrote twice to ask for a refund.
