Our tour guide was Olga who was very organized, informative, brought extra visial aids on an iPad and kept the trour to the scheduled time. Would highly recommend.

Our guide was able to quickly show us around and navigate the crowds. We had plenty of time at each stop to take pictures. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about art. It was exactly what we wanted!

Overall the tour was good. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 for two reasons. They sent me a text the morning of the tour telling me my time had been changed to 3 pm and to please be there by 2:45. That was my original time so I figured it was just a reminder text. We made sure we were there early. The guy couldn’t find our name on the 3:00 tour. I showed him the text I had gotten that morning. He said we were supposed to be there for the 3:30 tour. So we had to wait 45 minutes. I wasn’t too happy about that. The second reason was because our tour guide , this was an English speaking tour, had such a heavy accent and struggled some for the right words, so she was extremely difficult to understand. After about half way through the tour we gave back the boxes and finished on our own. But I would still recommend booking a tour because you don’t have to wait in line to get in and they already have the tickets for you. A definite advantage!!

The streets were packed outside the Gallery and was a little difficult locating our tour guide, but once we did, things went very smoothly. We were moved to the front of the line for out tour, saving tremendous time. Our guide took her time with our group with explaining and describing all the artifacts paintings, statues and especially spending a lot of time talking about Michelangelo's Statue of David and his other workings. Highly recommended.

This tour was one of the smartest decisions we made on our trip to Italy. First tour of the day is the way to go when it’s busy. Sara is a wonderful tour guide, they are lucky to have someone of her caliber.

Skip the line group tour (60min)
Our guide was awesome! She was super sweet and funny. We showed up a little early to make sure we found our guide because it is super busy. But we were grateful we booked skip the line group tour because the other lines were alot longer to get in.

Our tour guide was lovely and shared wonderful details that made the tour absolutely worth it!
Finding our tour guide was challenging as nothing said "The Tour Guy" or was in the colors indicated on the voucher. Luckily, with rereading the small print and persistence, we found the "Florencetown" guide. He initially told us we weren't part of that group but then found us on his list. We were then passed to the actual guide who was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to move through the space to maximize our experience.
