The streets were packed outside the Gallery and was a little difficult locating our tour guide, but once we did, things went very smoothly. We were moved to the front of the line for out tour, saving tremendous time. Our guide took her time with our group with explaining and describing all the artifacts paintings, statues and especially spending a lot of time talking about Michelangelo's Statue of David and his other workings. Highly recommended.

Our guide was awesome! She was super sweet and funny. We showed up a little early to make sure we found our guide because it is super busy. But we were grateful we booked skip the line group tour because the other lines were alot longer to get in.

Our tour guide was lovely and shared wonderful details that made the tour absolutely worth it! Finding our tour guide was challenging as nothing said "The Tour Guy" or was in the colors indicated on the voucher. Luckily, with rereading the small print and persistence, we found the "Florencetown" guide. He initially told us we weren't part of that group but then found us on his list. We were then passed to the actual guide who was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to move through the space to maximize our experience.
