Your tour begins at Avenue Elisée Reclus
You'll meet your guide in Avenue Elisée Reclus alongside a small group of 20 people or fewer. Your guide will share captivating stories about the tower's controversial construction while handling your tickets, so you can soak in those first stunning views of this iconic monument.
Security checkpoint and 2nd floor elevator
After a quick security check, you'll ride the elevator 377 feet up to the 2nd-floor observation deck. The city unfolds below, spot the Arc de Triomphe, the green ribbon of the Champs-Élysées, and Notre Dame's famous towers.
Summit elevator ride
Next, a glass-walled elevator carries you to the top visitor level, 905 feet above the streets. From up here, Paris stretches to the horizon in every direction. You can peek into Gustave Eiffel's original office or grab Champagne at the bar.
1st floor glass floor experience
Then you'll head back down to the 1st floor, where a magical experience awaits. You'll walk across a suspended glass floor 182 feet above the ground, watching the River Seine wind directly beneath your feet.

Gilbert was wonderful! He shared a lot of details we hadn’t heard before. Had the later tour; it was disappointing that we couldn’t see buildings from the top, but the city lights looked nice at night.

There were issues with the time that we were supposed to take our tour. They were unrelated to the Tourguy. They gave us great options, but they would not fit into our current schedule. Their Customer Service team was so helpful and helping us cancel our charges. Even though we didn’t get a chance to take our tour, not the fault of the tour guy. I’m giving them a five star for all their communication and efforts to accommodate us. Based on their attentiveness, I would definitely recommend them.

July was extremely hot but our guide, Baiyo, was in good spirits, entertaining and very informative. He took photos for everyone that wanted, with the Eiffel Tower in the background. He surprised us with a wonderful rendition of an Adele song at the summit, then gave us directions how to remain and explore on our own and get back down to the street. It was a great tour, glad we did it!

Our amazing guide Bogo was not only funny but incredibly knowledgeable and charismatic bringing the Eiffel Tower to life. The stories were fascinating and his demeanor and personality was the best of any tour guide we had during our European trip. He navigated us through the history of this architectural masterpiece.
